Schools & Churches
K&S Engineering, Inc has designed the civil engineering work for various school and church projects that included the planning and development of various design concepts for the specific use of the school or church to insure safety and functionality of the projects. The following is a list of some of school and church projects that K&S Engineering completed:
Lilac Elementary School: School project in the County of San Diego, approximately 26 thousand square feet of buildings encompassing 37 acres of land.
Rancho Carrillo Elementary school: School project in the City of Carlsbad, approximately 40 thousand square feet of buildings encompassing 20 acres of land.
Other School Projects: Grading and drainage plans for the expansion of various public and private schools throughout the County of San Diego such as, Flora Vista School, Pioneer School, Lincoln School, Oak Hill School, Mission Estancia School, High Valley School, San Martin’s Academy, Saint Johns Academy and Children Center.

Salvation Army: Project is in the City of Escondido, approximately 15,500 square feet of buildings encompassing 20 acres of land.
LilJackson Senior citizen housing: Senior apartment project is in the City of Oceanside, approximately 26,000 square feet of building (80 units) encompassing 5 acres of land.
Montevista Village Senior citizen housing: Upgrade of a senior apartment project is in the City of Lemon Grove, approximately 46,500 square feet of building encompassing 6 acres of land.
Vietnamese Church: Church project in the City of Escondido, approximately 3,000 square feet of buildings encompassing 0.5 acres of land.
