K&S Engineering has designed the civil engineering work for over 500 single family homes. The following is a list of some of the residential projects K&S Engineering has completed:
Casa Blanca: Project consists of 118 lots encompassing 15 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 41,000 cubic yards of earthwork and 4,000 feet of public sewer, water, and storm drain plans and 4,000 feet of private street improvement plans.
Jamul Vistas: Project consists of 10 lots encompassing 25 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 44,000 cubic yards of earthwork 3,000 feet of public improvements plans, 2,300 feet of private street improvement plans, and 3,500 feet of public water and storm drain pipeline plans.
Lake Jenings: Project consists of 25 lots encompassing 17 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 100,000 cubic yards of earthwork, 1,580 feet of public improvements plans, 1,450 feet of private street improvement plans; and 1,450 feet of public sewer, water, and storm drain pipeline plans.

Dimaio: Project consists of 25 lots encompassing 6 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 4,800 cubic yards of soil moving and 300 feet of public street improvement plans, 1,200 feet of public sewer, water, reclaimed water and storm drain plans and 1,200 feet of private improvement plans.
Wildflower estates: Project consists of 22 lots encompassing 48 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 83,000 cubic yards of soil moving, precise grading and drainage plans.
Valencia: Project consists of 80 lots encompassing 20 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 63,000 cubic yards of soil moving, Public Improvement Plans, Public Water Plans, Pubic Sewer Plans, Public Storm Drain Plans, Precise Grading and Drainage plans.
