79 South Medical Plaza: Medical building in the City of Temecula, approximately 11,000 square feet of building encompassing 2.3 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 1,250 cubic yards of earthwork and 500 feet of public street improvements, sewer, water and storm drain plans.
Margarita Medical Center: Medical building in the City of Temecula, approximately 13,200 square feet of building encompassing 3 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 1,200 cubic yards of earthwork and 800 feet of public street improvements, sewer, water and storm drain plans.
East Lake Medical Center: Medical building in the City of Chula Vista, approximately 8,300 square feet of building encompassing 1.5 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 1,380 cubic yards of earthwork and sewer, water and storm drain plans. Stonebridge Medical Center: Medical building in the County of Riverside, approximately 21,500 square feet of building encompassing 3.5 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 3,400 cubic yards of earthwork and 400 feet of public street improvements, sewer, water and storm drain plans.

East Lake Medical Campus: Medical building in the City of Chula Vista, approximately 15,000 square feet of building encompassing 3 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 2,000 cubic yards of earthwork and sewer, water and storm drain plans.
Makena Medical Center: Medical building in the City of Escondido, approximately 48,000 square feet of building encompassing 3.2 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 2,500 cubic yards of earthwork and sewer, water and storm drain plans.
TPC II-Medical Center: Medical building in the City of Temecula, approximately 9,600 square feet of building encompassing 1.28 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 1000 cubic yards of earthwork and sewer, water and storm drain plans.
Hemet Center for Medical Excellence: Medical building in the City of Hemet, approximately 126,616 square feet of building encompassing 9.85 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 6,841 cubic yards of earthwork and 806 feet of public street improvements, sewer, water and storm drain plans.
Sharp Chula Vista Cancer Center: Medical building in the City of Oceanside, approximately 43,500 square feet of building encompassing 10 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 11,000 cubic yards of earthwork and sewer, water and storm drain plans.
Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital: Medical building in the City of Whittier, approximately 105,000 square feet of building encompassing 8 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 2,000 cubic yards of earthwork and sewer, water and storm drain plans.
Finest City Medical Office: Medical building in the County of San Diego, approximately 20,000 square feet of building encompassing 2.5 acres of land. The design included grading plans for 4,200 cubic yards of earthwork and sewer, water and storm drain plans.
Tri-City Medical: Master Facilities Planning Study for Try-City Medical Center in the City of Oceanside. The site contains 30.97 acres along Vista Way. The scope of work includes construction of a new 8 level tower, construction of a new parking structure and renovation of some existing facilities for a total cot of $778 million dollars.
